Payment Options:

We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Personal checks and Bank Checks. Orders paid by personal check or Money order will be held for 7 days, if payment is not received within 7 days from date of order placed, all items will be relisted on the site for other customers to purchase. Orders paid by Money order or Bank check will ship within 24 hours after payment is received, orders paid by Personal check will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

 Shipping: Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail with delivery conformation. Average delivery time is 3-4 days from shipment. To save time and boxes, Large orders will be combined in Flat Rate boxes for 8.10$ and regular shipping of individual items is 6.50$

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any skin care products { soaps, lip balms, lotions, salves ..etc..}.
 

We do put 100% into all clothing that we make to ensure the “HIGHEST QUALITY”, if you receive your item and there is a mistake on My behalf, Please email me at spunlovecreations@alltel.net and we will try to work something out.
 

We do not accept Returns on any item that is the wrong size, so be sure and measure correctly before ordering. Please feel free to email me with any questions regarding size before ordering and I will do my best to assist you.

 

You have 7 Days to email me with any return request on clothing. No Exceptions!!

 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost on a Returned Item of clothing!!

 

 

Turn around time: We aim for 2-4 business days maximum as our turn around time, not including shipping time.
